"Dance Included: Looking Back & Moving Forward with Jenna Unwin is a transformative series of three movement-based sessions that provide an opportunity for individuals to prioritize self-care, embrace their physicality, and forge connections with like-minded individuals. Led by renowned dance artist Jenna Unwin, these monthly sessions offer a unique blend of dance and conversation, creating a safe space for personal exploration and growth.

Taking place at the Hampton Vale Community Centre in Hampton Vale, Peterborough, participants can join us on Sunday, November 12, 2023, Sunday, December 3, 2023, and Sunday, January 7, 2024, from 2pm to 5pm. The sessions will revolve around the theme of 'Looking Back & Moving Forward' and will consist of two hours of movement exercises, predominantly improvisation-based, that encourage participants to be fully present and share their personal narratives. 

Jenna Unwin will guide participants through various movement ideas and exercises, allowing individuals to choose their level of physical engagement. This emphasis on personal connection and self-expression is followed by a one-hour facilitated discussion, featuring a guest speaker, to further delve into the themes explored during the session.

To ensure a comfortable experience, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a water bottle. We also cater to individual needs, so please inform us of any access requirements or dietary restrictions when booking your place.
