Join Mission48's Crossfit WOD as it makes its 42nd stop at New Hampshire! This empowering event, led by Kelsey Lensman, will take place on October 12th, 2023, at a venue to be announced soon. The Crossfit WOD is a scalable and free event open to individuals of all ages and fitness levels who want to be part of this incredible journey. Participants will have the opportunity to work out with Kelsey and the Portsmouth community for an unforgettable day.

The event will kick off at 9am EST (estimated 9am-11:30am) with warm-ups and an explanation of the workout. The main event will include a 10k run with a loop starting at 12pm and a 5k loop starting at 12:30pm. For those looking for more options, there will be intermediate and beginner options available. Intermediate A offers a 5k walk/run starting at 9:30am, while Intermediate B/Beginner offers a 1-mile run/walk at the same time. Additionally, there will be a Mission48 Miles option where participants can walk 1 mile with Denise, a member of the M48 road team, or run/jog 1 mile with Kelsey's Dad, Todd.

This event aims to inspire individuals to step out of their comfort zones and discover their inner strength. Kelsey Lensman is completing Mission48, a challenge to complete 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in 48 days, starting from September 1st, 2023. Through this journey, Kelsey aims to empower girls and women and promote self-confidence. Mission48 also supports ROX, an incredible charity that provides programs in schools for young girls, helping them develop self-confidence, body image, and leadership skills.
