Colour Me an Artist is holding a Creative Meditation Workshop. Mindfulness meditation is about being completely present to our thoughts, emotions and sensations that arise in the body. Now combine this with art, you will be expressing your meditative experience onto canvases through acrylic and watercolour paints! This workshop will be in collaboration with a trained and experienced meditation coach who will guide us through a meditation that gives the opportunity to stop and recognise what your body, spirits and soul is telling you and to accept this with no judgment or criticism. It is an opportunity to befriend who you are! Our wonderful Meditation Coach will be starting off the session with breathwork and a full body scan. After this, we can really start looking further into oursleves. Throughout the meditation session, you will have the opportunity to express your emotions onto the prepped canvas, showing your outlined figure.
