CoreSRQ at The Bay is hosting an event called "Intro to Pickleball (New Players only)" in Sarasota. This event is open to individuals of all ages who are new to the popular sport of Pickleball. The purpose of this class is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for beginners or those with limited experience in the sport. Participants will learn basic terminology, techniques, and how to play the game effectively. The equipment necessary for the class will be provided, so there is no need to bring your own. To ensure that there is enough space for those interested in learning about Pickleball, experienced players are kindly asked to refrain from registering for this event. The class will take place at different locations throughout the weeks, including the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium and the Bayfront Community Center West Parking Lot. The upcoming session on October 18th will be held at the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium, located at 801 North Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34236. This event is free of charge, providing a great opportunity to discover and enjoy the sport of Pickleball.
