Oakpark Active Living Centre is pleased to announce that they will be holding their monthly staff training session on January 15, 2024. This training is open exclusively to Walsall Leisure staff and will focus on lifeguard refresher training. In order to ensure the safety of all participants, the session will follow the Small Training Authority (STA) guidance and will be delivered in a manner that is both safe and socially distanced.

During the session, staff members will have the opportunity to refresh their lifeguard skills in small, intimate groups. The training will adhere to the usual format but will also incorporate the necessary measures to maintain a safe environment. Oakpark Active Living Centre is committed to providing a training experience that prioritizes the well-being of all participants.

This monthly staff training session is an essential component of Oakpark Active Living Centre's dedication to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. By participating in this training, staff members will have the opportunity to enhance their lifeguarding skills and ensure that they are fully prepared to respond in any emergency situation.
