The Comics Lounge presents the biggest and best stand-up comedy shows Wednesday through to Saturday every week. Mike Goldstein is a regular panellist on the Nine Network’s TV Week Logie nominated comedy series The Hundred with Andy Lee, which receives great ratings and reviews. Mike is also the host of one of Australia’s most successful comedy podcasts, The Phone Hacks. Mike’s other television credits include ABC’s Tonightly with Tom Ballard, Nine Network’s The Pulse, Network Ten’s Hughesy We Have A Problem and Celebrity Letters & Numbers on SBS. He has also been a regular guest on Triple J radio. Enjoy an evening full of laughs with a curated mystery line-up of some of the best comedians performing at this year’s Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Joined by a few of the most talented and impressive performers from last year’s comedy festival as well. This mystery showcase will include some of the biggest new rising stars in comedy, as well as some of your favourite comedians from television and radio. In this two and a half hour live stand-up show, you'll lose yourself in a night filled to the bursting with fun and humour! There is simply no better way for you to find out who you should see during this year’s comedy festival! Our Best of The Fest shows will consist of up to 8 of the funniest acts in Australia Come get a sneak peek at these comedians as they prepare their jokes for their sell out Comedy Festivals runs. If you are coming, just for show best to be at The Comics Lounge by 7.15pm for the 8pm show. We fill the venue from front to back as guests arrive. Show will finish around 10.30pm.
