Como docente escénica impartió el Taller de Teatro en Universidad La Salle Cancún (2011) y (2013-2014). Coach de actuación en el Rally de Producción 3.14 de Bauhaus Media Production (2013 y 2014). Ayla Merino tiene más de 10 años de experiencia como comunicóloga y gerente de proyectos, trabajando para empresas y organizaciones de sociedad civil. Actualmente, ejerce como consultora en Berlín, enfocándose en cambios organizacionales, liderazgo y comunicación efectiva. Su pasión por contar historias la llevó al stand-up comedy hace 5 años, cambiando su perspectiva del mundo. Ha actuado internacionalmente en ciudades como Londres, Berlín, Hong Kong y Praga. Vive en Berlín, co-produciendo  Las Comadres Comedy , un show mensual de stand-up e impro-teatro en español. También participa en la escena angloparlante de comedia de la ciudad. Es licenciada en Comunicación y Periodismo por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, y tiene una maestría en Gestión de Proyectos de Arden University. Ha realizado talleres de Stand-up Comedy y Design Thinking.
