In this fun, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn to transform landscape photography into your own miniature masterpiece. Your instructor, Vanja will guide you through the process of breaking down landscape photos into striking graphic shapes and bold colours. Using her own captivating photography as a starting point, she’ll demonstrate her unique approach to simplification, empowering you to create your own stunning mini landscape collage illustrations.
To personalize your artwork, participants are encouraged to bring 1-3 landscape photos that inspire them. By the end of the session, you’ll not only have a unique mini landscape collage to take home but also the essential skills to continue exploring this exciting art form.
Who Is This For?
This workshop is designed for adults and teens (ages 16+) of all skill levels. You’ll have fun learning the art of collage illustrations, explore your creativity, and get inspired with a supportive and encouraging atmosphere at Vanja’s art studio.

About the artist:
 
Vanja Kragulj is a Canadian illustrator, surface designer, and art educator, who’s known for her colourful and whimsical style. Vanja’s portfolio includes everything from children’s books and toys to public art and commercial illustration. Passionate about sharing her expertise, Vanja leads popular illustration workshops for children and adults at her studio, drawing inspiration from children’s literature, illustration, and graphic design to create unique and enriching artistic experiences.

A fun, festive, and educational experience foreveryone. The Park has an assortment ofactivities, rides, food, civic museums, and heritage architecture emphasizing the cultural significance of early Prairie settlement/life.It&#39;s like taking a step back in time, and it&#39;s worthevery dollar. 11/10 do recommend.

Calgary is a beautiful city. This is a city park. Princes Island Park has a rich natural scenery. The park is full of various green beauty plants and flowers. It is quite comfortable in the evening. The whole area is also good.

Peace Bridge

It looks like a tunnel bridge, and it is also a transportation hub for passing through the other side of the river. The color of this bridge is very eye-catching, with red intersecting structures. Vehicles cannot pass through, but people and bicycles can pass freely. There are lights at night, and Fengjia feels magnificent.

it&#39;s a nice place to visit not only for kids but for adults who love animals as well. i went here alone, and it was nice to have a walk and see the animals at the same time. sadly,the pandas are gone, but i got to see them before they&#39;re gone.
