Join Wren LaFeet at the Cocréa: Accessing the Unbounded Embrace workshop in San Francisco. This two-day event, held at The Center SF on 548 Fillmore Street, offers a unique opportunity to explore the dance of connection beyond the dance floor. Whether you're new to partner dance or have experience in other movement practices, this workshop will take your embodied movement with others to a new level. 
Cocréa is not just a training ground for dancers, but also a path of personal development. Wren LaFeet, a somatic permissionary with over 24 years of dancing experience, will create a trauma-sensitive, consent informed environment for participants to practice embodied listening with themselves and others. Through the structured and mindful approach of Cocréa, participants will learn to cultivate presence, intimacy, and freedom in their movement.
The workshop will be divided into two days. On Saturday, the focus will be on the FUNdamentals of Mindful Partner Dance, while Sunday will explore the Slow, Saucy, and Sacred elements of moving together. It is recommended to have some partner dance experience if attending Day 2 only. Please register separately for each day.
Wren LaFeet is a celebrated TEDx speaker and an expert in using movement as a vehicle for personal growth and authentic connection. As a certified Attunement Therapy practitioner and addiction recovery counselor, Wren brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his facilitation. This attraction is unique, beautiful and interesting, and is definitely one of the must-see attractions when visiting San Francisco.

Lombard Street is actually a section of Lombard Street, located between Hyde Street and Leavenworth Street. This section of the road is a steep slope, but it is designed into eight hairpin turns, and flowers are planted on both sides of the road.

If you need to take a nine-turn effect, you must stand on Leavenworth Street, which is low in terrain.

Chinese people can drive in the western United States where San Francisco is located with a translated driver&#39;s license. If you can drive in San Francisco, you might as well go and experience the feeling of driving through Lombard Street yourself.
