Welcome to the Christian Cardio Step Class!
Come join us for a fun and energizing choreographed step workout that combines cardio exercises with uplifting Christian music. This event is perfect for anyone looking to get their heart pumping while praising the Lord through movement.
The instructor has 7+ years of group fitness experienceand and will guide you through a series of routines set to Christian music, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all participants. All experience levels are welcome - just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to sweat! The event is ages 13+.

DOORS OPEN AT 8:45AM.
Class will start promptly at 9AM. The duration of the class will be 45 minutes.
Location is near Plaza Midwood Charlotte and the physical address will be sent to your email.
There are two ticket types for this reservation:
In order to reserve a Step Platform for this class, there will be a charge. Participants are welcome to bring their own Step Platform to the class or not use one during the class at no charge. All choreography can be done without the Step Platform. Tickets will be checked at the door to confirm participants who reserved a Step Platform for the class.
