Each year is associated with a corresponding Chinese zodiac animal, and in 2025 we say goodbye to the Year of the Dragon and usher in the charming Year of the Snake. The Hampshire Chinese Association, Shaolin Temple UK, Southampton City Council and the local community have come together to celebrate this auspicious occasion with a series of colourful events, cultural performances and traditional customs.
