The Inking of Imagery. Man and Words as One.
The title of After Snowfall comes from the famous letters to his friends by Wang Xizhi, the Sage of Calligraphy. Written more than 1,600 years ago, the pieces created with a simple brush and ink convey a far-reaching meaning. Hong Kong Dance Company is pleased to present this new multimedia dance programme, inspired by the Sage’s words, that transcends time and space.
This performance will feature the internationally acclaimed violinist Ms Yao Jue, together with rising Hong Kong new media artist Mr Chris Cheung, weaving a grand dance work to captivate and inspire our audience.
As the Ink Art Partner for After Snowfall, the charitable organisation UOB Art Academy showcases award-winning artworks from the UOB Art in Ink Awards, with the support of UOB, as part of the multimedia content being featured on stage. In collaboration with Sparkle By Karen Chan, the acclaimed Hong Kong designer brand known for its innovative approach to Chinese fashion, they craft an immersive experience that pays homage to the enduring allure of traditional ink art.

Compared with Hong Kong Disneyland, it pays more attention to marine education and exciting projects, but some facilities are slightly old. 

**Transportation convenience:** 
- The South Island Line of the MTR directly reaches **&quot;Ocean Park Station&quot;**, and the main entrance is right after exiting the station, which is very convenient. 
- Self-driving tourists can use the park parking lot, but parking spaces are limited and may need to queue on holidays. 

**Highlights of the park:** 
✅ **Marine Life Exhibition Hall** 
- **&quot;Ocean Wonders&quot;** (Giant Aquarium): Super shocking circular viewing window, suitable for taking pictures, close viewing of manta rays, sharks, etc. 
- **&quot;Antarctic Wonders&quot;** (Penguin Pavilion): Simulates the polar environment, penguins are super cute, but it is cold inside the pavilion, it is recommended to bring a coat.
