Please Note: This session is for those who identify as women and are over 18 only.​ Join us for our photography and art workshop where we will be exploring the nooks and crannies of Paradise Garden and seeing what exciting perspectives we can create with our cameras. If you aren’t into photography or do not have a camera, we will be doing drawing and creating art from the pictures others take and exploring what we feel capable of creating. We will provide art supplies, please bring extra stuff if you have something in mind!​ Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the session. ​ ​Chin Up Cardiff is dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space for survivors of sexual assault in Wales. Foster a non-therapeutic environment that allows individuals with similar experiences to come together, find validation, and navigate their healing journey at their own pace. Utilise Chin Up Cardiff's support group by joining our next session alongside others accessing, with our lovely Chin Up team members present throughout the session. This sessions aims to provide a supportive atmosphere, providing social engagement within a space that understands and accommodates survivors of sexual assault.​ It is completely FREE to attend the session. If you would like to donate to the running costs of Chin Up we have a Go Fund Me. There are limited places due to staffing and the size of the venue, so we ask that you only book a place if you are planning to attend. If you are unable to attend, please cancel and let us know so. We can't wait to meet you!

An amazing castle and visiting the grounds was a treat. Full of history and going through the surroundings, it wasn&#39;t repetitive and not boring at all. I absolutely loved it and it&#39;s was very interesting. I love the Arab Room and the war shelters.Reasonable priced tickets compared to the Royal castle prices.I highly recommend this visit for all ages.The staff were friendly and helpful.I love Cardiff. It&#39;s so refreshing compared to London.

Pleasant enough way to spend a couple of hours. Went primarily to see the paintings but (and of course this is entirely a matter of personal taste) there wasnt a lot to rock my boat and not a lot of range. Some of the pottery was quite interesting but could have been better displayed. The natural history section on the ground floor was rather more interesting than expected- not too &quot;dry&quot;

Cardiff Bay is very easy to go.  It is very closed to Cardiff Central Station.  You can take the bus or walk 30 mins from central station.  It is free to visit, of course, and the scenary there is fantastic.  You can spend a few hours there, no doubt.  Take lots of pictures there.  There are a lot of shops and restaurant and coffee shop there.  So once you are tired, you can grab a coffee there, by sitting next to the seashore, enjoying the coffee and the sea at the same time.  Different kinds of pubs and restaurant there, from high class to family restaurant.  There are also a few historical buildings there, and there is a modern exhibition center there.  The design of its outlook is so high tech, you definitely will fall in love with it.
