Join the Change the World Run SAN DIEGO, a small and private group run, and make a difference in the world. This event, held at Liberty Station in San Diego, on June 8, 2024, aims to celebrate World Environment Day and raise awareness about the environment. Participants will have the opportunity to run alongside other passionate runners and our dedicated run pacers, following a beautiful route. Every runner will receive an Earth Stress ball after the run, reminding them of the importance of taking care of our planet. In addition, for every runner who participates, a tree will be planted at One Tree Planted, contributing to reforestation efforts. To secure your spot in this limited-capacity event, it is recommended to sign up early to take advantage of the lowest price. Please note that the price will increase after every 25 participants. The run will be hand-timed and divided into waves, with a maximum of 40 participants per wave. Runners of all ages and paces are welcome, and walking is also permitted. Timing chips are not provided, but our coordinators can assist you in keeping track of your time using bib numbers. On race day, simply let our coordinator know if you would like to record your time, and they will guide you through an easy process. As part of the registration, participants will receive a premium running shirt, which will be shipped to the provided US mailing address. Finisher's medals will be emailed after the run. Packet pickup is not required, as all necessary items will be shipped directly to you. For those unable to attend the physical event, a virtual run option is available. This unique virtual run allows you to have the support of a coach who will cheer you on via text messages. You can choose your own time and place to complete the run and submit your results to receive the finisher's medal. By participating in multiple races, you can take advantage of our race bundle offer and receive a discount. Complete three of our runs, and you will be awarded a custom runner's trophy.
