Join us on Tue, Mar 04, 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Lewis Music Library for an evening filled with wonder and excitement as we open our exhibition on Afrofuturism and Otherworldliness in Music. This exhibition showcase the beauty and magic of the genre, and spotlights some of the Black artists and musicians who are pioneers of developing and representing Afrofuturistic styles in their music and persona. Including the launch of the exhibition, we welcome attendees to interact with the digital installations, allowing further exploration of media and content from key figures of Afrofuturism. This event includes a welcome by Dr. Alexia Hudson-Ward; Associate Director of Research & Learning and Strategic Partnerships, and Avery Boddie; Lewis Music Library Department Head. Having a boat trip in Cambridge can give a good experience of punting on the River Cam and also get lots of interesting stories about each college at the University of Cambridge. However, the cost of it is quite expensive.

There is a statue of Henry VIII at the entrance to Trinity College. There is an apple tree on the green lawn at the entrance of the College, which is the source of Newton&#39;s law of gravity. When you enter the courtyard of the College, the magnificent building brings a sense of awe. The front hall of the church is filled with jade statues of famous graduates from Trinity College, including Newton, Bacon, Tennyson and others.

The Bridge of Sighs is a covered bridge in Cambridge, England, belonging to St John&#39;s College, Cambridge University, built in 1831, across the River Conn. The architect is Henry Hutchinson. It is named after the Bridge of Sighs in Venice.
