Carrying Grief: Visual and Somatic Practices to Support Living w/ Loss is an intimate workshop offered at Artspace in Raleigh. Led by experienced instructors Freddie Bell and Bex Patterson-Markowitz, this workshop provides a safe space for individuals to explore and process their experiences of grief through visual art and somatic exercises. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in independent activities as well as connect with the group. All types of grief are welcome in this supportive environment.

During the workshop, all necessary supplies will be provided, though participants are encouraged to bring any personal items that offer comfort. By the end of the session, attendees will gain multiple practices to help them on their grief journey.
