What to expect: -This workout utilizes mats, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, ensuring modifications for all fitness levels while also offering challenges for those seeking to push their limits. Get ready to sweat! Join Jose for a high-energy Cardio HIIT session that’s all about balance. Spend half the time on your mat with bodyweight exercises and the other half using gym equipment and machines for a full-body burn. -Attendees need to bring their own mat. -Class starts at 6:15pm  -Followed by networking while enjoying healthy treats at Bom Dia from 7pm-8pm After the session, connect with fellow participants while enjoying Bom Dia’s healthy, delicious treats!
