, a full-day community wellness festival inspired by Día de los Muertos. This gathering is rooted in honoring tradition, celebrating life, and empowering the Latinx community through preventative health practices.
The day will feature:
Fitness Classes
 (yoga, Pilates, HIIT) with staggered times to support all levels.
Live Music
 highlighting Latinx culture and community spirit.
Vendor Market
 showcasing local, Latinx/e-owned businesses.
Speakers & Resources
 focused on generational wealth, collective healing, and accessible wellness.

To bridge culture and wellness by creating space for movement, music, and connection. Campo y Cuerpo is more than an event—it’s a celebration of community, resilience, and collective healing.
