About the Workshop:
This workshop is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of postures that enhance balance, strength, and awareness in your yoga practice. Whether you’re looking to invert your perspective with a headstand or challenge your core with a variation of crow, this session is designed to guide you through each pose with clear instruction and focused alignment. By investing in the Rise up workshop, you’ll build confidence, increase your body awareness, and elevate your practice to new heights

* practice will stop and become interactive during these postures. Find a partner to work on while the 3 postures are deconstructed	  ( crow, side crow, headstand )
* will offer time for questions and demos 
About the Instructor Amelia:
Amelia is a dedicated yoga instructor with 15 years of experience, passionate about helping students develop a deeper connection with their bodies.
With a diverse background in yoga training, Amelia designs her classes to provide tools that empower students to move more intelligently, build strength, and enhance flexibility.
Her approach blends traditional yoga foundations with modern techniques, ensuring each class is both safe and engaging. Amelia’s goal is to create an environment where students can not only practice but also learn how to listen to their bodies and move with purpose.
