Kollab - the famous night of music, words and general gorgeousness on a houseboat in Shoreham is winging its merry way to Brighton for a summer special. Hosted by Katrina Pike and featuring a stunning lineup to sing, strum and story their way into your hearts: Greenness, Alan Bonner and #hashtagsuperhost (more about all of them below). Kollab is about creating attentive and welcoming spaces for courageous sharing, building connections and appreciating the incredible local talent we have. We'll be at the fabulous Ironworks, where you can soak up a little sun with a drink from the bar beforehand. Doors open 6pm for a 7pm (prompt) start. See you soon! Katrina x GREENNESS Greenness is the project of French singer-songwriter Cess Frangi and English producer and composer Graham Pratt.
Drawing inspiration from hybrid genres, such as psych-rock and folktronica, the music of Greenness aims to create an immersive and emotional experience through the use of various analogue instruments merged with beats, sound effects, field recordings and evocative bilingual lyrics, in a bid to explore and deepen our connection with ourselves, each other and the environment.
Based in Brighton, the pair has performed at some of the city's biggest venues, opened at a sold-out event in London's iconic Royal Albert Hall and toured across the UK, France, Spain and Germany, equally at ease with a full backing band on festival stages or in smaller settings with their more intimate duo set. ALAN BONNER Singer / songwriter Alan Bonner has released 5 albums, toured internationally, and sold out at Brighton Fringe, peddling his own intoxicating brand of theatrical folk inspired piano based storytelling #HASHTAGSUPERHOST #hashtagsuperhost has spent over a decade welcoming guests from around the world to her homes in Oxford and Brighton, gathering a treasure trove of stories along the way. Now, she weaves these real-life encounters into vivid, captivating narratives that blend humour, heart, and humanity. Her recently published book, Confessions of a Superhost, dives deeper into these tales, offering readers a front-row seat to the joys and chaos of life as a host. When she’s not opening her doors to travellers, you’ll find her performing at spoken word open mics along the south coast, sharing her distinctive voice and perspective with live audiences. Had my first date here with my partner and we hadthe best time. An amazing aquarium with abeautiful atmosphere, lights and gorgeouscreatures! I love animals and fish and seeing themhere was wonderful. Staff were lovely and veryknowledgeable. The place was clean, easy tonavigate and extremely ambient and beautiful. We went on a Thursday afternoon so was pretty quiet!

One of the best piers in the South of England. There is lots to do with tons of seaside rides, fun arcade games and food. Highly recommend catching the sunset here and if you&rsquo;re lucky you might catch the starlings dancing at dusk, I didn&rsquo;t know they do this and it was the most spectacular striking and stunning natural phenomenon I had seen, it was mesmerising. Highest chances of seeing the starlings dance is between November-March, we visited in early March
