Experience the basics of handbuilding pottery in a serene and welcoming setting at our beautiful studio in Berlin. Our Bowls Taster Class (English) is the perfect opportunity to delve into the world of ceramics and create your own unique pieces. During this class, you will learn the ancient technique of pinching clay to form bowls while also discovering how to refine the shape and add a foot. Don't underestimate the potential of pinching - we'll show you how to fully express yourself with this technique. Whether you're a beginner or simply looking for a fun activity to enjoy with a friend, this two-hour guided session is designed for everyone. No prior experience is required, and we kindly ask that only adults participate.

As you work on your bowls, you'll have the option to explore our studio engobes, available in four earthy colors exclusively formulated by our team. The possibilities for creativity are endless. Each participant will have the opportunity to make up to four pieces under our expert supervision. In addition to the pinching technique, we'll also introduce you to various decorative techniques, allowing you to make your set truly special.

Once the class is complete, you can leave your pieces with us for finishing. We'll take care of glazing and firing, giving your creations a glossy white finish. Please note that the finishing process takes approximately four weeks, and we'll notify you by email when your pieces are ready for collection. Remember to bring your own apron, or you can purchase one from our shop.

The cost for this enriching experience is €97.07 per person. We understand that plans can change, so if you need to reschedule, please provide us with at least seven days' notice. While classes are non-refundable, we'll be happy to issue you a voucher that can be redeemed for a future class. If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your spot to someone else, but the same rescheduling policy applies.
