During the Dealer Certification Training Tour, dealers will gain comprehensive product knowledge of the Bosch eBike System 2 and the innovative smart system, including the introduction to MY24 innovations. Connectivity training on the eBike Connect, COBI.Bike, and eBike Flow apps will also be provided. Additionally, dealers will have access to the new Bosch DiagnosticTool 3, a cutting-edge diagnostic tool for the smart system.

The training will cover various aspects of the Bosch service process, including troubleshooting and warranty procedures, ensuring dealers are well-equipped to handle any issues that may arise. Safety will also be a key focus, with training on eBike safety and battery recycling.

This exclusive event is open only to bicycle dealers located in the USA and Canada, as compliance with local regulations and partner requirements is of utmost importance. Any registrations that do not meet the specified criteria will be subject to cancellation.
