The 2023-24 Dealer Certification Training Tour will take place in Grand Rapids, MI on November 1, 2023, at the venue located at 3333 28th Street Southeast.

During this training, dealers will gain comprehensive product knowledge of the Bosch eBike System 2 and the smart system. They will also receive connectivity training on the eBike Connect, COBI.Bike, and eBike Flow apps. One of the highlights of this event is the introduction of the new Bosch DiagnosticTool 3, which can be used with the smart system.

In addition to the technical training, the certification clinic will cover important topics such as the Bosch service process, troubleshooting, and warranty procedures. Dealers will also learn about eBike safety, including battery recycling, and will have access to marketing resources.
