The Bosch eBike Systems MY24 Dealer Training Tour is an essential in-person training event designed for bicycle dealers in the USA and Canada. This comprehensive training program equips dealers with the knowledge and skills necessary to evaluate, update, and service all Bosch-equipped eBikes. Attendance at this certification clinic is required every 15 months in order to maintain the ability to service eBikes powered by Bosch. By participating in this training, dealers will gain access to the new Bosch DiagnosticTool 3, an invaluable resource for servicing the smart system. 

The Dealer Training Tour covers a wide range of topics, including an introduction to MY24 innovations, comprehensive product knowledge of Bosch eBike System 2 and the smart system, and connectivity training on the eBike Connect, COBI.Bike, and eBike Flow apps. Dealers will also receive training on the Bosch service process, troubleshooting, warranty procedures, and eBike safety, including battery recycling. Additionally, marketing resources will be provided to help dealers promote their Bosch-equipped eBikes effectively.

This event will take place in Bellingham, WA on March 21, 2024, at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bellingham. The ticket price for this training is $40.
