The Boos & Brews 5k Run x Freetail Brewing is an exciting event taking place on October 28, 2023, at the Freetail Brewing South Presa Taproom in downtown San Antonio, TX. As part of the Texas Brewery Running Series, this event combines running and beer for a fun-filled experience. Participants will start the run at 11AM from the taproom and follow a 5k-ish course along the Mission Reach of the River Walk, returning to the taproom for the finish line. 

Upon completing the course, all participants will be rewarded with a craft brew from Freetail Brewing Company. In addition to the run, there will be a costume contest, music, games, goodies, and giveaways to keep the festivities going. By participating in this event, you will not only have a great time but also contribute to a good cause. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the San Antonio Food Bank, supporting their important work in the local community.

Registration is limited, so it is recommended to sign up early to secure your spot. This event is open to all ages and levels of fitness, with walkers, runners, and joggers all welcome. Dogs and strollers are also permitted on the course, although caution is advised. Remember to bring a valid ID or driver's license, as you must be 21 to enjoy the beer. Non-alcoholic beverage options will be available for those under 21.
