Join the incredible Tina Cole for the in-person book launch of her latest work, "What It Was". This exciting event will take place at the Poetry Pharmacy in Bishops Castle on February 15, 2024. Tina Cole, a prize-winning poet, will be reading from her new pamphlet and will be accompanied by guest supporting poets Deborah Harvey, Rhiannon Hooson, Thirza Clout, and John Sewell. 

Tina Cole is a highly regarded poet with three published collections to her name: "I Almost Knew You" (2018), "Forged" (Yaffle Press, 2021), and "What It Was" (Mark Time Books, 2023). Her exceptional talent has earned her recognition in a number of national poetry competitions, and her poems have been featured in esteemed U.K. magazines such as Brittle Star, Creative Countryside, Poetry Café, Mslexia, Orbis, Aesthetica, Artemis, Green Ink, and The Guardian newspaper. 

Tina Cole recently completed an M.A. in creative writing at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she focused her dissertation on the themes of generational trauma and loss. We kindly ask attendees to be aware that the workshop space at the Poetry Pharmacy is located on the first floor and can only be accessed via a flight of stairs.
