Join author Roger McKenzie and Manifesto Press to launch his new book 'THE REBIRTH OF THE AFRICAN PHOENIX'. Roger will be joined by a range of speakers to outline his journey and his vision and you can ask questions, share your views and experience and meet other readers.
Says the author, “Africans must — build our own solidarity on the continent itself or wherever we find ourselves. But it is vital that we build communities of resistance with working class and peasant communities who are white, Asian or indigenous.
There are many organisations across the globe that are campaigning around issues relating to each of the separate issues I raise in my book. If we are to see the rebirth of Africa then we must unite these struggles under the common aim of building a worldwide movement for socialism."
Attendance at this FREE event is a must for activists, researchers and all interested in working class liberation.

Walking among the Egyptian mummies, I came across the glass reflection of the Rosetta Stone. Under the cold stone folds of the Parthenon sculptures, there are always tourists looking up and frozen into silhouettes. The display cabinets are more crowded than the exhibits. It was frozen for 40 minutes, and the money saved by booking online was fed to hot cocoa. When the glass cabin was lifted to half-empty, the soles of the feet were numb. The Thames River was twisted into a tinfoil belt at the foot. Big Ben was as small as a Lego block. The night view is really amazing, and the whole river is like fluorescent paint when the purple aura is lit. When the leg was soft, I looked back at the purple aperture that collapsed into a rag. I thought: It&#39;s worth it, but I have to buy a fast ticket next time I die.

Windsor Castle is a place worth punching in. Walk into the ancient castle to witness the history of the Royal British History. If you are tired, you can sit in the coffee shop in the castle. Aftertaste the luxurious buildings in the palace, wait after 3 pm. Take a few blockbusters when the light is good. You can also see the sentry changing in Windsor Castle.
