Her first book, The Year I Met My Brain, documents her experiences and discoveries after being diagnosed with ADHD at 23. Yumi Stynes is a highly esteemed broadcaster having fronted the podcast Ladies, We Need to Talk on the ABC for 7+ seasons, an interview series called SEEN on SBS, and a hugely popular food podcast called The Food Fix.
