2 years ago, 1 of my members collapsed in the change room after her workout. I immediately called 911, and am so grateful for this, as unbeknownst to us, she was having a massive heart attack, and was able to get on top of it on time to save her life. 
As women, we have different symptoms than men, and it is so imperative that we are ALL aware of all of the symptoms. This is why we we continue to raise funds and awareness today
