Taking place on February 25, 2024, at BLOK Leyton's BLOKspace in London, this 2-hour session of guided movement meditations promises an experience of serenity and invigoration. 

As part of BLOK's new cultural programme called OPENspace, Ivan Blackstock will collaborate with the next generation of change-makers, innovators, and pioneers within the community. Drawing from his groundbreaking work, including collaborations with Beyoncé and the creation of the Olivier Award-winning 'TRAPLORD,' Ivan will curate a 10-day residency at BLOKspace.

It is definitely worth going. You can deeply feel the profound British culture and the importance Britain attaches to talents in various fields such as science, culture and art. When we went there, we queued for less than an hour to get in. The order arrangement in the venue was very reasonable and the Chinese translator was very useful.

We arrived at the museum, and it was huge! We booked a guided tour for the afternoon to save ourselves the trouble of looking at the map. The guide, Zhang Hong, spoke at a suitable pace, with clear articulation and extensive knowledge. There were so many exhibits, and Ms. Zhang highlighted the key points. It&#39;s a pity that guided tours weren&#39;t allowed in the Chinese and Egyptian pavilions, otherwise it would have been perfect. The three hours passed quickly; I&#39;d definitely visit it two or three times if I had the time.

This is a well-deserved attraction, ideally allowing at least two hours. It&#39;s grand yet unassuming, and historical yet not outdated. Each step is incredibly difficult to take, and the scenery is breathtaking. You won&#39;t want to stop until you&#39;ve seen enough. Photography is not permitted.
