Shane made his stand-up debut at the age of 30, having already been popular online making funny, sometimes strange videos under his alias ‘Brilliant Shane’. He has risen quickly performing all over Ireland and appearing at major Irish comedy festivals including Castlepalooza, Cork Comedy Festival and the Vodafone Comedy Festival. In 2018 Shane was a finalist at the prestigious 'So You Think You’re Funny?' final at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and in October he performed his first solo hour, “Shane’s Brilliant Stand Up Show”, to a sold out audience in Whelans, Dublin. Having achieved so much in such a short period it is clear that Shane has become one of the most original and exciting new acts in Irish comedy. He has since appeared all around the country including venues like Whelans, The Cork Comedy Festival and The Everyman in Cork plus winning the JOE.ie Rising Star Award. “The best comedian in Ireland, hands down” The Rubberbandits Padraig Williams One of the most renowned on the Irish comedy scene, Williams regularly hosts and performs at Dublin’s iconic International Comedy Club. His skilled storytelling and hilarious material have earned him slots at festivals including Electric Picnic, Paddy Power Comedy Festival and this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival with his debut show ‘No Star Reviews’. Padraig recently featured on Virgin Media’s Craic Den ComedyTV show and received rave reviews for his honest and sharp performance. A natural storyteller’ – Benbury Magazine ‘Class act one of irelands Next top comics’ – Cherry Comedy Taran O'Sullivan Taran O’Sullivan is quickly making a big impact on the Irish comedy scene; not only for her dry, sardonic wit, but also via the accolades she has jotted up to date. She’s one of Cherry Comedy’s Breakout Acts, a Funny Women Semi-finalist and a finalist in Bray’s new comedian of the year competition. And if all that wasn’t enough, she’s also a contributor to RTE’s incredibly popular show Callan’s Kicks. Seen at the best comedy festivals in the country, such as Paddy Power to name a few, Taran is one to watch Darren Gaffney Darren is a comedian hailing from County Cavan - unlike most Cavan men he can attest he no longer has his Communion money. Darren is making his way up through the Irish comedy scene having performed at most of the top clubs in the country. He has also performed in cities acoss the UK. You can find him gigging around the clubs in Dublin on a weekly basis, or in clubs all around the country. He attended Edinburgh Fringe 2024 where he headlined gigs for the first time.  He started his own comedy club 'Bite The Bullet Comedy' in 2024, which has gone from strength to strength since the first show in back in May '24. Darren MC's the show and plans to continue to grow and develop the club. He is also the man behind the successful ‘The Gaff Cast’ podcast in which he discusses the issues of the day in a humorous and lighthearted tone.
