I'm turning 38 and I want to celebrate!!!First we're gonna twerk, dance and jiggle.Then we're gonna eat and drink.If you you like to twerk and love to eat, then come join me and help me celebrate my bithday with joy and jiggles. Monday 30 September from 7pm to 10pm at The Chapel Bar.  The class will be 7pm - 8:30pm and then we'll have some food and drinks after.  Nearest stations are Angel or Kings Cross. About me I'm a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualified dance teacher. I teach fun dance wellness classes that explore the traditional African style (Mapouka) of moving your body called 'twerking'. You'll l earn twerk techniques in a safe, fun and inclusive space with a range of music styles from Afrobeats to Dancehall. My classes celebrate movement, music and have an appreciation for Black culture. At the end of each class we finish on positive affirmations to leave you feeling empowered and energised. At JiggleFiit we believe that every body deserves to jiggle joyfully and without judgement. I want this class to be a celebration of love, life and jiggles. May you go to this millennium, the Temple of Knowledge. This is definitely a reason to go to the UK, the British Museum, you see thousands of times more than you can think. Teacher Diana&#39;s 3-hour explanation was great, thanking her professionalism for letting us see the dead artifacts lively.

After watching the Buckingham Palace changing ceremony, we arrived at Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people in the queue, about an hour and a half before entering the church. There is a interpreter at the door, you can choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter is also explained. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church is very high quality and the temperament is very good, which is awe-inspiring.

I thought it was a special ride on the Ferris wheel, but the London Eye made me hit the face! When the capsule reached the highest point, I suddenly understood why the British love to chat. The Thames, Big Ben and the debris building look like they are shining in the sun, and it is really different every day. After landing, I found that the photos were all taken as glass reflections. Forget it, leave some regrets to be true.

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious, but it is not allowed to take pictures. It can only be taken outside. When entering, a photo was taken and was stopped by the staff. Knowing the life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
