Overall it was a very good experience. However, the ticket exchange process was different from the instructions. You needed to find the service staff, be led in by them, and then go to the designated place to exchange the ticket.

Very interesting place to visit to learn about the history of the royal family and see some great docorations. Self_guided audio tour was nicely put together and free with the entrance. I love the backdrop of Arthur&#39;s seat and the ruin of the chapel.
