Beyond the Mix Yoga Yoga with Sally is back for the Autumn season in Bristol. Join Sally for these 90-minute sessions designed to provide a space for inquiry, movement, and discussion. This is a unique opportunity for Mixed Heritage women, trans individuals, and non-binary individuals to connect, feel, and explore. 

The classes will be held monthly on the following dates: Tuesday 17th October, Tuesday 14th November, and Tuesday 12th December. Sally is a practitioner whose personal practice, work, and life are driven by creativity. She draws inspiration from various sources and incorporates diverse roots such as somatic inquiry, storytelling, and the yoga tradition into her approach.

Sally's sessions adapt to the cycles and seasons, embracing both beauty and challenges. Through a range of techniques, approaches, and adventures, she invites participants to celebrate our shared humanity while honoring our unique differences.
