Welcome to the Bathcasts Launch Event, a momentous occasion where you can immerse yourself in an extraordinary podcast experience. Join us on 18th November 2023 from 5-7pm at The GAP Arts Project in Balsall Heath, as we celebrate the birth of this groundbreaking project.

For the past six months, Moseley Road Baths has collaborated with a talented group of young curators, aged 18-30. Together, they have crafted a truly innovative podcast called 'Bathcasts'. In each episode, one of the individuals connected to the historic baths is interviewed while sitting in one of its bathtubs. Our host, Rachel Baker, adds a touch of comedy as she delves into the lives, community spirit, and even the temperature of the water surrounding the interviewees.

To enhance the podcast experience, we have commissioned original poetry and music from ten exceptional Birmingham artists, ensuring that each episode is a unique and captivating auditory journey. We invite you to listen to 'Bathcasts' while indulging in a relaxing bath at home, immersing yourself in water just like our interviewees.

During the launch event, we will revel in the mesmerizing compositions from our talented musicians and poets. You will also have the opportunity to watch a captivating video that delves into the creation of Bathcasts. Additionally, indulge in delectable food and partake in various bath-themed activities that promise an enjoyable and engaging experience for all.
