Our event will be held in the beautiful Edelweiss Ball room of the Victoria James Bay neighborhood. We will be offering morning & afternoon workshops covering Irish Set dancing, Waltzing, advanced contra moves to instrument workshops by featured artists Pierre Schryer (fiddle), Adam Dobres (guitar) and Danielle Enblom (intro to step & sean nos dancing). 10AM-12:30pm: Morning-Afternoon workshops in Dance, Fiddle (Pierre Schryer), Guitar (Adam Dobres) & Special dance workshop by Danielle Enblom 12:30pm-2pm Lunch break offsite 2-5PM: Afternoon Contra Dance featuring Victoria's own local bands & callers showcasing what Victoria Contra Dance community is all about. 5PM-6:30PM: Potluck 7:30-10:30PM: Big Contra Dance featuring special artists- Isaac Banner (dance caller) with music by Schryer & Dobres.
