Toledo&#39;s Alcasar Castle, located at the highest point of the ancient city, the condescending castle, has a long history and a lot of fate. His successor, Philip II, moved to Madrid, and the castle lost its original status as a prison, barracks, workshops and army academy. During the Spanish Civil War, the castle was severely damaged in the war. After the war, Franco ordered the castle to be rebuilt and preserved as it was. The castle is now spectacular and still in the same state; the bottom of the castle has a few ruins left for memorial; the main body of the castle has become a military museum and library; On the top floor of the castle, 360&deg; without dead ends will have a panoramic view of the ancient city.

The cloisters and church are full of beautiful details, well worth a look. Wonderful old monastery. Although it is a bit far from the center of Toledo, it is worth visiting. The ticket was quite reasonable, only 3 euro per adult.
