Athlete Training and Health is pleased to announce the upcoming ATH-Katy: Thanksgiving Camp & Training Pass 2023. This event is designed for children aged 8-12 and offers two exciting options to keep them active and engaged during the Thanksgiving school break. 

Firstly, we have our Sports Camp, a multi-sport experience that provides young athletes with a positive and fun environment to enhance their athletic abilities. Led by elite performance coaches, the camp offers a wide range of activities, including weight training, skills drills, games, and friendly competitions. Participants will also develop coordination, teamwork skills, and have the opportunity to try different sports throughout the week. With limited spots available, be sure to book early to secure your child's place.

Alternatively, we offer the Sports Training Pass, which provides full access to our group sports performance classes during the week of Thanksgiving. This pass is suitable for athletes aged 8-18 and includes unlimited training sessions, access to our Speed School and Strength School on Saturdays, and a range of training focused on speed, agility, strength, conditioning, power, change of direction, and jump training. Our scientifically-proven training programs are led by highly-qualified coaches in a safe and motivating environment.

Tickets for the Sports Camp range from $75 for a single-day pass to $199 for a full week pass. We also offer a discounted sibling add-on ticket for $150. Additionally, ATH members can enjoy a 10% discount by contacting our team via email. As an added incentive, if you bring a friend for a full week of camp, you will receive a $25 ATH gift card.

For the Sports Training Pass, the cost is $80, offering exceptional value with a $210 value. The pass grants full access to our group sports performance classes throughout the week, with the exception of Thanksgiving day.
