Pressure is perilous. Pressure can be painful and suffocating. Pressure can be uplifting and exhilarating. The choice is yours. In this introductory masterclass you’ll discover and apply the same tools and techniques that took the All Black rugby team from 2007 chokers to 2011 and 2015 world champions. What will we do? Identify where you are on the performance line. Examine the three key elements of performance. Identify the two key mental states. Work through tools and techniques to support optimum performance.
