Toledo is an ancient city of Spain, 70 kilometers south of Madrid. The city has a long history and was once the capital of Spain. The architecture combines Gothic, Moorish, Baroque and other styles. Toledo was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987 for its rich historical and cultural heritage and unique urban landscape. 🚗 Transportation Guide From Madrid to Toledo Ancient City, there are three main modes of transportation: 1️⃣ Train: From Madrid Atocha Railway Station, about 30 minutes to Toledo Railway Station, fare &euro;10. After 20 minutes walk to the Old Town. 2️⃣ Bus: Take the subway to Plaza Eliptica, transfer to ALSA bus directly to TOLEDO, round-trip fare is about 9.6 EUR, 50 minutes one way. Bus time will vary depending on traffic conditions, but usually about 1 hour. 3️⃣ Group tour: It is very worry-free to have a Chinese tour guide 🏰 Main attractions ⭐️ Toledo Cathedral 💒 Tickets: &euro;10 Opening hours: Spring and summer 10:00-18:40, autumn and winter 10:00-17:40 The exterior building has a beautiful view and is a good place to take pictures and punch in. ⭐️ Toledo Castle (Alc&aacute;zar de Toledo) 🏰 The castle combines Moore, Visigoth and Christian styles and is a microcosm of Toledo&#39;s history. The appearance is unique, although the city wall has been damaged for historical reasons, it is still worth seeing after reconstruction. ⭐️ Valley Observation Deck (Mirador Del Valle) 🌄 Walk to the observation deck to take a panoramic view of the ancient city. San Martin's Bridge

The St. Martin Bridge, located on the west side of the ancient city of Toledo, is a medieval bridge across the Tahoe River. It was built in the 13th century and built in the late 14th century. Two Gothic-style defense towers stand at the head of the bridge. The five-arch stone bridge with a large arch + four small arch is similar to the Zhaozhou Bridge in China. Looking at the stone bridge, the mottled exterior tells the vicissitudes of history, the city emblem of the bridge shows the immortal glory, and the monastery in the distance blooms with a straight figure...

The Alcázar

Toledo&#39;s Alcasar Castle, located at the highest point of the ancient city, the condescending castle, has a long history and a lot of fate. In the third century, a Roman palace was built; in the tenth century, Muslims conquered Toledo and built the ancient city&#39;s commanding heights as a fortress; In the eleventh century, Christianity recaptured Toledo and built a castle there; during the reign of Carlos I in the sixteenth century, the castle was converted into a royal palace. His successor, Philip II, moved to Madrid, and the castle lost its original status as a prison, barracks, workshops and army academy. During the Spanish Civil War, the castle was severely damaged in the war. After the war, Franco ordered the castle to be rebuilt and preserved as it was. The castle is now spectacular and still in the same state; the bottom of the castle has a few ruins left for memorial; the main body of the castle has become a military museum and library; On the top floor of the castle, 360&deg; without dead ends will have a panoramic view of the ancient city.

The cloisters and church are full of beautiful details, well worth a look. Wonderful old monastery. Although it is a bit far from the center of Toledo, it is worth visiting. The ticket was quite reasonable, only 3 euro per adult.
