Artists working in Sheffield with children and young people are invited to attend the Artists' Sharing Best Practise event. This free training session will take place on Thursday, February 1st from 9:30 am to 1 pm at Learn Sheffield, located at Suite 6, Albion House, Savile Street, Sheffield, S4 7UD. The morning will be filled with opportunities for artists to share, learn, and explore best practises in communication, boundaries, access, and catering to all needs when facilitating creative workshops for children and young people. This active morning will include facilitated sessions to support sharing and learning within the creative community. Attendees will also have the chance to network and connect with fellow artists over a free lunch. Freelance artists in Sheffield who work with children and young people are welcome to join, regardless of their experience or artform. The event will be led by Ignite Imaginations and is supported by Create Sheffield and Sheffield Healthy Holidays. This is a great opportunity for artists to enhance their skills and knowledge in working with children and young people, so don't miss out!

Every year when snooker is played, the BBC will do a live show here. There is a table next to it, with two balls in each pocket. You are given a few shots to clear the table. If you clear the table, you will have the opportunity to compete with a famous snooker player.
