Join the Artistry & Performance Intensive with The Click, a premier dance event happening in Sudbury, MA. This intensive offers a unique opportunity for intermediate and advanced pre-professional students to learn and perform alongside professional Boston area dancers. Led by renowned choreographer Alexandria Nunweiler, the intensive culminates in a captivating live performance of Edge of Aquarius, a dance theater piece that explores the themes of aging and mortality. Through collaborative processes with both the cast and the greater Boston community, this performance tells true stories of growing up, growing old, and growing into oneself. Don't miss the chance to experience the joy and anxiety of traditional American party scenes as they unfold on stage, creating space for audiences to both celebrate and contemplate the circle of life. The young dancers will have the opportunity to showcase their talent in three parts of the show, interacting with the professional performers and captivating the audience. The intensive also includes three rehearsals and a brush-up rehearsal, leading up to the cue-to-cue and dress rehearsal. Tuition for this intensive is $360, which includes all instruction and access to professional photography and videography. Registration opens on August 1, 2023, and closes on December 1, 2023.
