Join us for a free lecture and conversation with five of the contemporary artists featured in the exhibition Cowboy. Artists Yumi Roth and Emmanuel David (speaking together), Fabian Guerrero and rafa esparza (speaking together), and R. Alan Brooks will discuss their process for creating works that articulate the popular mythologies surrounding the image and concept of the cowboy. All speakers will participate in an audience Q&A. Seating for the talk will be first come, first served. A recording of the talks will be available on the Carter’s YouTube channel a couple of weeks after the event. American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be provided during the talk.

I think this cowboy village is pretty good. It&#39;s a crowded and lively place. Some buildings are very old, and some buildings look a bit like Mexican style. When I went there, I saw a cattle drive show, which was interesting. The cows were so cute, all with long horns, and their heads shook as they walked. Later, I went to the train station to watch a show. The cowboys&#39; gunfight was very interesting, and the gunshot scared me. Then there were many craft and painting shops, many bars along the street, and many places to consume. We bought a T-shirt with fort worth and Texas printed on it, but Made in China, haha, in short, it&#39;s pretty good! Worth a visit!
