Experience the unique and exciting event, Art 'Round the Room, where attendees will have the opportunity to explore various art mediums under the guidance of professional artists. This speed dating-style event is specifically designed for adults who may think they lack artistic skills. No previous art experience is required as you embark on a journey to discover your inner artist. The event will take place on Thursday, October 12th from 6:00pm to 8:30pm at The Derryfield School, located at 2108 River Road, Manchester, NH 03104. Tickets are available at a price of $25, but if cost is a barrier, limited scholarships are available. Throughout the evening, participants will visit timed stations around the room, allowing them to experiment with mediums such as oil paints, acrylic paints, watercolor paints, colored pencils, brush and ink, pastels & charcoals, collage, cross stitch, and printmaking. Please come dressed in clothes that you don't mind getting messy. This event is made possible in part by a grant from the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts. Art 'Round the Room is organized by Creative Guts, a New Hampshire nonprofit dedicated to inspiring creativity and fostering connections within the creative community.
