In the event that Arrow Creative cancels the class, participants will have the option to receive a refund or a coupon code to be used towards another class. If a participant is unable to attend, a 24-hour notice is required for a refund. In the case of a no-show or less than 24-hour notice, no refund will be provided. If a participant gives 48 hours notice, they will be responsible for the cost of class supplies, but the remainder can be used towards another class. For cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice, a coupon code for the full amount will be issued for use towards another class at Arrow. Please note that transfers to another class are allowed, but subsequent transfers or refunds will not be permitted unless Arrow Creative cancels the class.
