If the class is canceled by Arrow Creative, attendees may opt for a refund or receive a coupon code to be used for another class. In case a participant is unable to attend, different refund options are available based on the notice provided. If there is no show or less than 24 hours' notice, there will be no refund. With 48 hours' notice, participants need to cover the cost of class supplies, but the remainder can be utilized through a coupon code for another class. For more than 48 hours' notice, a coupon code for the full amount will be provided for use in a future class at Arrow Creative.
