For cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event, a full refund (minus a 10% administrative fee) will be issued. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be granted for cancellations made with less notice or for no-shows. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted at the discretion of the Gallery Director. Please allow up to 7 working days for refund processing (bank transfer times may vary), and up to 6 weeks for cash payment refunds.
