Stay after class and practice your moves! Classes levelsOur teachers are experienced and trained in Cali, Colombia by internationally renowned artists. If you are unsure which level to pick, get in touch! We usually recommend starting from a lower level, learn the techniques, and work your way up! W e also recommend spending an average of 3 months per level, depending on your abilities. ▶️ Our Beginner classes are for students who want to learn to dance salsa, or for students who know salsa (but have never taken classes before) and wish to learn new steps / turns and be comfortable dancing. If you have never done salsa before, we'll send you a free online tutorial to practice with and 'break the ice' before coming to the 1st class - as we like our students to know the basics before joining our classes (so no one is left behind). ▶️ Our Improver classes are for students who have been taking Cali Salsa classes for a few months and wish to practice and learn further. They also are for students who dance cross-body, on 2, or Cuban Salsa and wish to learn Cali Salsa. ▶️ Our Intermediate classes are for students who already dance Cali Salsa, have a good knowledge and understanding of Cali techniques and steps and wish to take their dancing to the next level! ▶️ Our Advanced classes are for students who are good Cali Salsa dancers, know all the techniques, steps and turn patterns , and wish to further their dancing skills by dancing fun and challenging routines! In case the level you have picked is not suitable, we reserve the right to re-assign you to a more suitable level. Thank you! £10 discount for 2 Wednesday courses
£10 discount for 1 Wednesday + 1 Friday course
£5 discount for 2 Friday courses (as less sessions this month) Price and booking informationBook yourself in with a £15 deposit + booking fee. Please note that tickets are nominative and cannot be transferred to another student (if you would like to book for a friend, book their ticket separately, with their name on it) To get your monthly course , go to the 'tickets' page and select your class & level. You will be asked to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £15 online. The course fee balance will be due when you come to the 1st class. We won't offer refund for classes you cannot attend. Please note that if you do not attend the 1st class you are booked for, your booking will be lost and your place will be offered to another student (please do get in touch to discuss your options). We understand that not everyone can commit in advance for the month. But as we have a lot of students, we think it is fair to allocate our spots to students who can. T&Cs 1.⁠ ⁠When signing up for a course, you are committing to attending all sessions in the course. If you cannot make it for one session or more let us know before the month starts and we'll do our best to find you a replacement class during the same month. 2.⁠ ⁠If you cancel a class once the month has started, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to find a replacement session. 3.⁠ ⁠Class credit is not postponable to the following month. 4.⁠ ⁠If you cancel a class within 24 hours of the class, it will be lost. Waiting listOur tickets sell out quickly. If the class you are interested in is sold out, you can send an email to info@caliswinguk.com with your name, telephone number, level and class you wish to attend. We'll put you on our waiting list and will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available. You can also reserve your place for the following month. Tickets for the following month are put on sale around the 2nd Thursday of each month. Dancing with Cali Swing also means developing your social network!
