What to bring: 
a yoga mat, foam mattress or even… an infinity chair (yes, really!), a blanket to keep you warm, especially if you tend to get cold when you relax... a pillow/bolster, an eye mask (we have extra for you) Basically, bring anything you need to be really cozy and comfortable!
As always, we will open the evening with Sacred Cacao to enhance your meditative experience. Sacred Cacao is prepared ceremonially with the highest grade cacao from Peru, and infused with specific healing intentions during preparation. You can then combine these intentions with your own, as you consume. Laurie will also have packaged cacao available for purchase!
