Steve Falk, from The Union Fitness & Fun, will present "Practical Systems for Long-Term Health & Fitness," offering valuable insights into the behaviors, habits, and systems that contribute to long-term success. Jessica Pierce, of Longevity Architects, will discuss "Decline is Optional," sharing strategies to optimize habits and systems for a high quality of life throughout the aging process.

Drew Bignall, representing Mission Crossfit, will present an interactive session titled "Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired?" It aims to provide valuable insights on fitness's pivotal role in maintaining vibrant health. Dr. Nick Askey, from Airrosti, will discuss finding the right balance for longevity in his talk, "Uncle Rico and the Whale." He will delve into the optimal amount and type of physical exercise for maintaining health and fitness without succumbing to injury.

Daniel Martinez, Trinity University's Strength & Conditioning expert, will deliver a talk entitled "The Seeds of Sisu," exploring the fundamentals of building strength and living a vibrant life. Dr. Doug Hilbert, of Pasteur Medical Associates, will share his knowledge on personalizing medical care for greater effectiveness, in his talk "A Doctor Beyond Dysfunction."

The San Antonio Life Insurance Building is a landmark historic building in downtown San Antonio, Texas. The 31-story building is 123 meters tall. It opened in 1929 and was originally called the Smith Young Tower, which the Smith brothers bought in 1943. In 1953, a TV transmission tower was added to the structure. The 2010 renovation removed the outdated TV mast and replaced it with the original design of the tower, a bronze roof with a 100ft flagpole.

The San Antonio Zoo is a great place for families, with plenty of attractions for kids, a good mix of indoor and outdoor exhibits, and lots of spots to rest. The animals seem well cared for, and there&rsquo;s a wide variety to see, from giraffes to playful otters. The layout makes it easy to explore without feeling overwhelmed, and there are plenty of snack stands and shaded areas to take a break. The highlight of our visit was the kangaroo experience, where we got to walk among them up close. Overall, it&rsquo;s a fun, well-maintained zoo that&rsquo;s worth a visit.
